Worked tirelessly and with good humour
The lady I spoke to managed to fit us in for an appointment at short notice and working around our limited availability. The team doing the removals did not seem to have full and correct information about the property we were moving to (i.e that it was over 4 floors and was on a fairly narrow lane), which appeared to cause some concerns about the size of the vehicle booked and the number of people required for the job. That said, and to their credit, the removals team didn’t make that our problem and resolved it themselves. They worked tirelessly and with good humour.

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.

John and Rob are extremely good at their jobs and went above and beyond for me. They were careful, polite, have very good manners and they both have a very good sense of humour. I couldn’t have wished for a better team of guys to move my possessions to my new home.
