Customers who move with a removal company that's a member of the BAR have certain rights and protections against something going wrong with their removal company. The BAR is the only trade association for the removals industry that protects consumers by:
- Setting high professional standards for the removals industry via the BAR membership criteria, and the Code of Practice
- Providing a programme of pre-payment protection, and assistance in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with a BAR member move

How are our appointments carried out
In the current times you might prefer that we don't visit your house in person to carry out a survey. This is fully understandable and we can just as easily undertake the survey by video call, using whatever method you're comfortable with, usually FaceTime or WhatsApp.
